We have added 5 easier run events to this years runs list . These are aimed at people coming back to cycling , families , those needing to build up confidence or fitness and those who wish to see the hidden side of Glasgow and Lanarkshire so often missed when travelling by motor transport . The rides will stay off-road as much as possible using cycle tracks , footpaths and parks .

The pace will be easy . An experienced ride leader will supervise each ride . Rides should take approximately 2 hours . 

Unfortunately unsupervised children under 16 are not allowed . 

We require names and a contact number on the day .
